"This stuff works great! I recently purchased a 10 year old black truck that had some oxidation issues from the California sun. I spent an afternoon in my garage with a power buffer and the results are nothing short of amazing. The dull, oxidized paint now shines like the day it was painted. Even the roof, that looked patchy and white, looks 100% better. Half way through the buffing, I tossed the other bottle of "rubbing compound" I had tried before and kept on using the Meguiar's product. "Just wanted to shoot you a note to say that I tried the Ultimate Compound yesterday on my girlfriend’s black Murano. This thing was in really bad shape. Body shop rotary swirls coupled with years of automatic car washes and dirty drying towels. I am really impressed with the performance of this product. Using firm pads on my Cyclo, I was able to do some serious correction. I even went so far as to fill in a scratch that went the entire length of the vehicle. I finished off the job with the NXT Tech Wax 2.0 which I love to use on dark colored cars.
