"I purchased your Smooth Surface Clay Kit, and used it on my wife’s Suburban. It is 3 years old and had a ton of rail dust on the paint, which your product removed as advertised. I also own a 1998 Camaro with 100k on it. The paint was re-done 2 years ago but never really looked right to me. Yesterday I thought I would try to clay bar it to see if there was some overspray or something on the finish making it look dull. After using a new clay bar on a small section of the hood I was surprised to see light blue overspray on the clay bar! Needless to say I was excited. The clay bar treated the entire car giving it a depth and shine that it lacked since it was painted! Thank you for a wonderful product that is easy to use, and gives great results! "When washing my 2003 Honda Pilot, I noticed that I had something that felt like sap all over the surface. I have been a long time user of Quik Detailer and when that didn't phase this stubborn substance, I headed to my local auto parts store in search of something to rescue my paint. "I just had to write you. I rarely, if ever, write a company to give my personal "review" of their products, but I recently realized that I should have done so about Meguiar's products years ago. The final straw was when I bought a "Meguiar's Smooth Surface Clay Kit" at a Target store the other day. I've been hearing about "claying" a car's paint for years now, but I've never had the courage to try it! Why I waited so long I'll never know. I should have trusted the Meguiar's name and should have known that the products that are formulated and marketed by your company would have been tested over and over again and would be 100% safe if used as directed. This is a very over-used phrase, but, your Smooth Surface Clay Kit was truly "life-changing". I didn't even realize how many Meguiar's products I used, but as I was using this clay system on my summer car, a jewel-box- mint Audi TT ALMS edition with 21,000 miles, I started looking at everything I use to wash and maintain our cars, and everything is from Meguiar's! Interior, exterior, washing, waxing, tires; everything! I thought that this car's paint was smooth before, but the difference is amazing. If you purposely leave a spot un-clayed, and show someone and let them run their hand over it, they'll be as hooked as I am! There is no better value on the car care market than this Clay Kit, I guarantee that. For the price of a full-service car wash, a person can do at least 3 vehicles with this kit, or more. I walk by the cars and I can't help but run my hand over the paint, and every time I do, it still blows me away how smooth and clean the paint feels. After 30 years of being a fanatical car guy, I'm kicking myself for not getting this sooner!"

"I recently purchased my pride and joy, a brand new Mazda MX-5. It’s a convertible metallic grey. I live in Scotland so the hood gets down about twice a year. Around 2 weeks ago I decided to give it a good wash but wanted to keep the showroom finish. I have used other brands in the past but none of these gave my car the wow factor. After scanning various websites for a good product to detail my MX-5 I came across your own which is well designed and helpful. It showed me all the things I was doing wrong when previously waxing and polishing the car. I wasn't aware that the Meguiar’s brand was sold in the UK but when I went into my local car store I was happy to see that your Clay Bar Kit was on the shelf. I immediately purchased this and set about cleaning my new car before using the clay bar and detailing spray. Now remember when I first took ownership of the car it had been prepared and polished and looked amazing. If I could have kept it looking like that I would have been happy. After claying the car and using the detailing spray I couldn't believe the difference. It was literally like a mirror! Once the wax was applied it gave it the deep shine that any car detailer would have been proud of. So just to remind all my UK companions, this stuff is sold in our country and if you really want a "better than showroom finish" then use this stuff. My other brands will all be going in the bin. "In 1989 my father restored a 1967 Corvette. I have spent this week detailing it, and getting it ready for Bloomington Gold. I have been a long time user of your Gold Class Wax. I read an article on the Meguiar's clay bar system, and being a skeptic I was hesitant to buy it but thought what the heck. I purchased the clay bar system, a new can of Gold Class paste and the Quik Detailer to use afterwards and at the show. I started off with the clay bar, which was very simple to get used to. As I was working the paint, I was thinking "I don't see how this is really doing anything." I then re-sprayed the area with the Quik Detailer and wiped it all down. I kid you not, I darn near had a heart attack at the age of 30. This clay bar system removed so much garbage from the past. I couldn't believe it. The finish of the car was incredibly smooth. I was pumped, and couldn't wait to hit the rest of the car with the clay bar, then with the rest of the products. My father, came out to see the end result after I applied the Gold Class wax, and was blown away. This finish is better than it was 18 yrs ago when the car was repainted. I went on to use the clay bar, and the other products on the chrome bumpers and any chrome pieces. This stuff is amazing. I am kind of "old school" in my ways, and I'm hesitant on new ways to clean a car. Never again. I am kicking myself for not buying this stuff earlier. I have always loved the Gold Class, and the results. Now I am obsessed with the clay bar as well. "

"I used the Clay Bar, Quik Detailer, and Cleaner Wax on a 90 day old base coat/clear coat red paint job. The clay bar really smoothed out the surface. I was amazed. I didn't know there was something so easy to use that worked so well. I had a layer of contaminants on the new paint job that would not wash off. I was hoping that what was on there was not embedded in the paint. The clay bar procedure has never been recommended to me by the paint shops, even when asked about how to get the contaminants off. Thanks a lot."
